Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Daintique Beads. Because all of our beaded jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care in Singapore, processing and shipping timelines differ slightly from mass-manufactured items. Please review our complete shipping policy below.

1. Processing & Handcrafting Time

Because each piece is handmade or made-to-order, items are not dispatched immediately upon purchase:

 * Standard Orders: Processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

 * Custom / Bespoke Orders: May require 5 to 7 business days prior to dispatch depending on design complexity.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We deliver locally using tracked courier services.

Standard Local Delivery: S$4.00 (estimated 3–5 business days post-dispatch)

Free Local Shipping: Available for all Singapore orders over S$50.00

3. International Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We ship worldwide directly from Singapore using reliable international courier services (including SF Express, Aramex, Janio, FedEx, and SingPost Tracked). All rates are flat-rate and applied at checkout.

Malaysia — S$5.00 | Free over S$50.00

Philippines — S$18.00 | Free over S$100.00

Regional Asia (South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) — S$13.00

Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand) — S$28.00

USA & Canada — S$35.00

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom) — S$45.00

Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier, typically ranging from 5–7 business days for regional Asia to 10–14 business days for Europe and the USA. These are estimates only and do not include processing/handcrafting time

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been crafted and scanned by our logistics carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link and Air Waybill (AWB) number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier's portal.

> Recipient Phone Number: Standard international shipping couriers require a valid recipient phone number to complete delivery. Please ensure your contact number is accurately provided at checkout.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International shipments are dispatched on a DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise specified at checkout:

 * International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and custom handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

 * These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 * Daintique Beads is not responsible for postal or customs delays once the package has departed Singapore.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Daintique Beads cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us in Singapore due to an incorrect address or failure to collect/pay local customs fees, additional reshipping fees will apply to dispatch the package a second time.
